NEUBAU achieved Prior Approval and provided plans for demolition and conversion.  The Apartment sits at the base of a Georgian Terrace with private access to a rear garden. The interior layout is arranged over two main levels negotiating level changes between road and garden. The sunken living area is surrounded by a landscaped garden. The existing Victorian Outrigger forming part of the building’s listed exterior has been preserved but extensively carved out with a starkly contrasting incision to maximise on light. The complete re-arrangement of internal layout and materials arrangement provide for contemporary living.
