‘Imagine if’

Residents, Artists and Academics could reinvent a neglected 70’s underpass of substantial size at fifteen hundred square meters, as a public common:

Protecting it from demolition and fuelling it with arts-led ideas programme and events,

whilst benefitting from its natural transitory tendencies to connect to a wider network of bridge infrastructure, the river Cam and pedestrian & cycling paths.

Thus a project is generated, The Underpass project.
