Neubau achieved Planning for a high density mixed use development on a Brownfield site,  currently under construction. It will contain 28 apartments arranged in cubic volumes to break down the overall mass of the building. The stacked volumes set back gradually, reducing the overall impact to achieve approx 1,000 habitable rooms per hectare. The building negotiates the knuckle joint along the major arterials Finchley Road and Hendon way. The project sits in place of a former petrol station and historic clock tower. The built volume creates a protected pocket Landscaped Courtyard. The project has undergone change of ownership and Neubau is delighted to complete construction with an executive Architect.
